Hi, I’m Bobby Mascio. I’m an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, dedicated family man, and Orem resident. With a deep background in construction, home renovation, and property maintenance, I understand homes from the ground up.
When safety permits, I personally walk the roof, traverse attics and crawlspaces, open electrical panels, and look deep inside HVAC systems. My goal is simple: to provide the clear, actionable insights you need to invest with absolute confidence.
